Unable to connect to server on port 5252 connect failed Solution:
1.Open Services (Administrative Tools > Services).
2.Scroll down to the K2 [blackpearl] server.
3.Right click service and click start
OR
go to start-->run-->firewall.cpl
click on
Turn windows firewall on and off
Select off
