sharepoint app create list in host web list is missing

After delevloping app part
Deploy in to server
Now you will get one page..where you will not find anything.
In your visula studio View-->Output
In the output window you will find your app url..
ex:
https://microsoft-3e7121245009503.sharepoint.com/teams/MyDevSite/MyAppSolutionName/
Now if you want to see your list
Try below..
https://microsoft-3e7121245009503.sharepoint.com/teams/MyDevSite/MyAppSolutionName/Lists/ListNamefromSolution
