Solution. Please check your asp.net 2.0 application are there any Microsoft.Sharepoint.dll, if there are please replace with SharePoint 2010 Microsoft.Sharepoint.dll
Now you will not get any asp.net 2.0 application error.

Sol: in IIS--> application pool -->Central admin -->propertiesàmake sure that 32 bit enable option is false.
