SharePoint Add CEWP to a Aspx page using PowerShell

I have a to add content editor webpart to sharepoint and add a .txt file to CEWP.
I have .txt file and uploaded to SharePoint.
Now i will use below script to add CEWP to SPO and add .txt file to CEWP.
