Open VS 2012
Connect TFS
Clik on -->File-->Source Control -->Advanced-->Workdpaces..
Select the Account name or computer name which you want to change
Click Edit or double click on the selected one..
here you will able to see all mapped local paths
Now you can change the Local folder
Click OK
