SharePoint Workspace sync error: CSI Error 123

Solution:
I have cleared the SharePoint Workspace cache, then problem has solved.
Close Workspace browser.
Open Command prompt.
Go to : C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14
Execute: Groove.exe /clean /all
Now try....
