Error:
The current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded
Solution:
Open Internet Explorer.
Tools -> Internet Options
Under Security Tab select Internet zone
Click on Custom level
Under Downloads Setting select File Download and select Enable Option
Select OK and On Warning Dialog “Are you sure you want to change the settings for this zone?” Select Yes
