Solution:
Configure outgoing email server in central admin.
If still you are getting same error.
Please check the email body text, it should not have any spam content.

· You need to configure outgoing mail settings.
· Go to Central Administration --> Operations--> Outgoing E-Mail Settings and find Outbound SMTP server
· In smtp server, enter the server ip.
