Unable to create new SharePoint 2010 site using Enterprise Search center templates
Error:
Publishing Feature activation failed. Exception: System.InvalidOperationException: The SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure feature must be activated at the site collection level before the Publishing feature can be activated
Root Cuase: SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure feature is not activated
Solution:
Site Actions > Site Settings > Site Collection Features
Activate "SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure"
Try to create Enterprise templates, it should work
