Root cause for this error:
LoadBalancer.RegisterLauncher failed: Unable to connect to the remote server.
Solution:
Need to change the account name in load balance server.
How?
Go to Central Administration
Click on Operations
Select Service Accounts
In windows service: Select “Document Conversions Load Balancer Service”
In select Account for this component section: Select “Network Service”
