An error occurred during the processing of /teams/.........NewForm.aspx. The server block is not well formed

Solution: In NewForm.aspx, some where html tags are missing..
Ex:
MasterPageFile=""~masterurl/default.master"
it should be like below
MasterPageFile="~masterurl/default.master"
