Select Business Intelligence
Select Analysis Services Project...
Start-->All Programs-->MS SQL Server 2008-->Configurations Tool -->SQL Server Configuration Manager
SQL Server SErvices-->
Check SQL Server Analysis Services is running or not.
Make sure Analysis Service is running or not
SQL Server is running or not
If above services are not running, click start
