List does not exist.

Solution:
Find root cause:
List may not be available. Create list and try to deploy.
Server Connection may have problem. Change the connection and try to deploy.
Export existing infopath from dev and test and compare both Manifest files.
You can find some GUID difference in the file which you are trying to deploy and the GUID which you have in the server.
