Create a content type search refinement panel in SharePoint Online
Open Search Page
If you have already added Refinement webpart
Click Edit webpart
Choose Refiners...
You will see new window
From Available refiners, select ContentType
Click Add>
Save
Now you will able to see all Content types targeted to Result Source webpart..
If you have multiple result sources, then you need to add more refinement webparts to get all content types..
