By default when you try to create new sub site, you will not get all templates.
To get all templates, first you have to add under Site Settings-->Page layouts and site templates
Select "Subsites can only use the following site templates:" radio button
Under: A site focused on delivering a basic search experience. Includes a welcome page with a search box that connects users to a search results page, and an advanced search page. This Search Center will not appear in navigation.
You will see 2 listboxs.
From left list box, select template name. Click Add.
Ok.
Now you will see all templates, while creating new sub site.
