Solution: Enable verstion history.........
Steps:
Go to List Settings
Go to Versioning Settings
Under -Content Approval:
Require content approval for submitted items? : Yes
Under-Item Version History:
Create a version each time you edit an item in this list?: Yes
Under-Draft Item Security:
Who should see draft items in this list?:- Check: Only users who can approve items (and the author of the item)
Now until you approve the list item, data will not crawl..
How to approve list content?
Go to list
Select any item.
In the ribbon, under Item, you can find Approve/Reject button.
Click that. Now Select Approved. Ok
After data has crawled you can check, your data will be available.
