Error:Cannot connect to configuration database : Sharepoint
Solution: Go to-->services.msc-->SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER)- Run it.
If you get any login user error .Right click on "SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER)"-->go to Properties-->Log On-->Select Local System Account.Then run the service
